WIND CHILL CHART
Beware of the WIND CHILL FACTOR.
This mysterious number gives us a feel for how cold it feels instead of the actual measured temperature.
If the thermometer reads 0 degrees F and the wind is 20 mph, then the wind chill factor is -39 degrees F.
Although the actual temperature, as measured by a thermometer, is only 0 degrees F, your body will
loose heat as if the actual temperature were -39 degrees F.

The following table of wind chills should help you stay safe.
